I was thinking a belly band might help as well. We do not allow Katie Scarlett to sleep with us. We let her up on the bed right before bed time to wind down and usually she will be allowed to come up there with me in the morning while I'm waking up. But she never spends the whole night. We let her sleep in her big girl bed that is set up right next to her pee pee pad that is clipped into one of those pad trays. It's right near the foot of our bed. Then her X-Pen is around it so she cannot have free range of the house at night. We also keep a water bowl in there. We've had great success and she has never peed in her big girl bed since we started this. She originally slept in her crate at night, but we were letting her 'graduate' to a big girl bed. Now she only goes in her crate to catch a nap during the day.
