I'm not saying they don't over-charge. I think $75 for a round trip flight would be perfectly fine.

I am saying that if they had no limit for # of dogs and did allow dogs to fly free as carry-on it would get very annoying for passengers, especially ones that did not have dogs.

I have been on a flight before where someones dog howled and barked the whole time and it was rather bothersome. Then again, they let children on flights, and they can be pretty loud too
