Sounds like she need a nice long play session before bed. For ZoE, me putting my pajamas on is a sign for her to run and fetch her ball or small squeaky toy cos she knows after I'm in my jammies and have my face washed & teeth brushed, we are gonna play fetch. By the time we head to bed, she's tired and wants to sleep.
