Her body is probably still absorbing and rehydrating all the water she has taken in so far. Keep track of how much she drinks and watch for her belly to look distended. If that happens, she may need to see the vet again. Keep her drinking small amounts every 20 minutes or so until she stops trying to empty the whole bowl. Same with food.... small, frequent meals the first day after surgery.

She should pee sometime today. Poo may take a few days.
