Considering spaying is major abdominal surgery, and she was fasted and didn't eat the whole day, it may take some time for enough pee to build up, especially if she's a bit dehydrated from the fasting.

Keep in touch with your vet, as he/she is also responsible for her recovery, and follow your discharge instructions.

Check her privates for dried blood, a small amout is nothing to worry about but should be cleaned off with a warm, wet cotton ball, which may help her to pee also.
