Well I'm newer to the world of Yorkies and my Katie Scarlett is only 4 1/2 months old, but so far we have been pleasantly surprised at how good her breath smells. It is so weird that we say it like that, but it's true. We brush her teeth every night before bed time with doggie toothpaste. We were using the chicken flavor, but now use a minty flavor. She seems to like it and her breath is good so far. I know I saw like doggy mints next to the toothpaste section at PetSmart. I'm not sure how those are though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
