My Cali is 3.14 to 4.2 pounds and heathly as a horse,as they say. It is all in the genetics. She she is small, but she doesn't think so - she thinks she is a big dog
. Since we travel a lot and she is a great size for that. If she were bigger she would still be a great Yorkie! I think size is more important if you plan to breed. I did think she might be bigger when I for her but, shoot, it doesn't make any difference now!
