I wouldn't call it not normal - the way you feel. But I have never heard anyone say such a thing before. What bothers you (and your sisters) is something that has never entered my mind. My little Yorkie's boy parts (as you call them) hardly even show up. His entire little tummy (to me) is soft and cuddly - not something that would ever bother me.
You don't have to explain anything to a breeder. Most people looking for a puppy have a gender preference. And, you obviously prefer girls, so get a girl!
