I probably won't be much help because I got Jasmine in September and it was a little cold. Since I live in Pa, I have only recently started putting her outside. She is now 9 months old. She is trained to go on the PeePads, but she loves to be outside. I would say it depends on the puppy itself, male or female. They all have such different personalities. Some of these little yorkies can take a long time to be fully trained. I have even heard that they are never really trained. I know that so far that is true for Jasmine. Good Luck and be consistant. That's the most important thing.
