Please Don't suffer in silence. Forget any pity for the man in the chair that makes you be too polite and silent. Protect your Yorkie. TELL the owner you are afraid. Tell him the dog dragging it's leash, makes you very worried. Tell him you don't want any hard feeling or trouble. Tell him you don't want to hurt his dog but, you can't take a chance, because your dog is so little that you will do what you have to be safe. BUY pepper spray and carry it, carry an umbrella or walking stick. Do what you have to, to keep you and your Yorkie safe. This may sound very harsh, and even over reacting. I don't want to read about this dog hurting you or your Yorkie.
