she is CUTE as a button but yes...she could use a new 'Do"....ever thought of bangs ? or little pig tails till it gets a little longer ? Man she's cute !!
You could try a bow a little lower on her head - above her eyes and just pull up enough so she can see...and wait for it to grow more...
