Still no luck finding Frenchy's (that's what we've named her) family. Vet thinks I could technically claim her as my own now. I have taken advice from you guys and took pictures of all the flyers I've posted and kept a copy of the newspaper and craigslist advertisements and got a letter from my vet saying she was scanned for a chip. Still going to wait a little tiny bit longer. I don't know who to contact about the lost animal laws in my area though. |

Also now that some time is going by, take her to the vet do her vetting, get her chipped to you now, altered retain your documentation in her little folder or box with all her dogs stuff (Iam I the only one who does that?) file it away and enjoy.
Personally I'd give it 3 months someone could be in the hospital or something but after that obvious well ya know...
