I said that because in my experience in researching Partis (Parti breeders) she's one of the very few reputable breeders.
Now I know very little about her personally other than word of mouth, but she and I agree that just because someone breeds off YTCA standards doesn't mean they should have no standards.
I am perplexed at the defense of this breeder it was my understanding this breeder was very selective. I beleive that's the part about canceling sales at any time she feels a sale would not be in the best interest of her pups...
I noted a sinusitis of the OP's situation because I'm confused by this breeder's defensiveness here.
