Wow! A friend mentioned to me that they thought AT&T had been having lots of service issues lately... I forgot to mention that the first customer service person I spoke with (who was wonderful), had to escalate my problem to Advanced Tech Support. This required them to call me back. Well, a computer called me back within an hour or so, but left me on hold for like 10 minutes! I don't have a problem with them checking things out and getting back to me, but could you please wait to have your computer call me until you're ready to have a live tech speak with me? Sheesh!
