I use Charter, I don't know how wide spread they are. My parents always used to as well, but AT&T offered a great deal recently so they switched. Wow! AT&T has been so terrible so far! They basically went over a week without service due to their malfunctions. My dad called at one point for tech support & was on the phone for about 30 mins. before they said (& after they had
him troubleshoot) he should be talking to the U-verse people so he had to start all over.
It's been a pain & he's about ready to switch back.
