I'm going thru my recipes to see what cookies I want to make. I put clear lights on two globe arborvites that I have in the front of the house in large terracotta pots. After thanksgiving I'll put red velvet bows on the railings and a wreath on the door. My oldest son is going on vacation and he'll be back on 12/4, so we'll wait til he's back to decorate inside the house. This will be our first Christmas without our little Sammy so I'm sure it will be hard.
At least we have lots of wonderful memories of him running thru the wrapping paper and "helping" everyone open their gifts. I hope all of you have wonderful holidays with your families and precious furbabies too! |
