my thoughts and love go out to you and your familly. very sorry for your loss and that dog owner should be in way more trouble. i hope it doesnt happen to another. again so sorry for you, your family and poor baby charlie but hes in a happy place now licking and kissing all the other fur babies hes with. sorry.
