Yup. That's just proof that most of the time "gross" stuff isn't even gross, you just have to get over yourself and eat it. Eating the muscle of a dead animal is gross enough, so why is one part of the animal grosser than another? If we are to slaughter an animal for food, we may as well eat as much of it as we can. Waste nothing.
