Yes, you are correct. I think it is good when would-be mill/pet store purchasers learn something and take an alternate route. No one here can argue that point. However, it is irrelevant to the personal choice a breeder makes when deciding to breed a female. If a prospective owner looked at one of my pups and said, "Ya know, do you realize your pup could die giving birth? Why do you do it anyway? Do you love her and consider her a pet?" I would be either cussing or laughing at them on their way out my door, emptyhanded.
