Is this because he hasn't been eating as much? Is it simply something dogs do when they grieve. It's as if he were weeping really hard, only without the tears. Is this possible? I feel so bad for him. |
This really does break my heart. Little Monkey doesn't know what is going on and is upset because he can't find Maddie. How hard this must be on that baby not being able to understand what has happend. I am with the thought the best thing to do is just keep holding and stroking Monkey all the time. This baby is heartsick also just like you. But you know what happened this baby doesn't. I have never had two dogs at one time. Dollie is my second baby and I have been thinking of getting another one so she can have a pal. I know this is difficult and you are doing your very best. Just love your baby and Lil Maddie. Trust that in time it will become bearable for everyone. Dollie sends doggie kisses and huges to you all.
