I read a bit more about it. One pharmaceutical site stated:
"It is recommended to wait 7 days after a Sanos application before giving pets chew toys. The use of pet dental cleaning chew products is not recommended when Sanos has been applied because they will shorten the lifespan and effectiveness of the Sanos product application.
Do not brush animal's teeth for at least 60 days following a Sanos application. Brushing will shorten the lifespan and effectiveness of the Sanos application."
