Dee, all I can say is these first few days are the worst.
Funnily enough, not with Harry (our Yorkie) - but with Rosie (our labrador).
We have the same house set-up as you - and of course you're going to worry about the neighbours (especially when they're shouting at you!)
I wonder if it might be worth popping next door to see them and explain the situation (are you on good terms with them?).
You seem to be doing everything you possibly can - maybe others will suggest one of those cuddly kind of breathing toys (!!??!) sorry I don't know what they're called!
Presumably he's eating ok and his tummy's nice and full? Sorry I'm not much help....Sally + Harry x
