I did have him in my room, but because of the structure of my house my bedroom is adjacent to my neighbors and Teddy was crying nonstop. My husband took him downstairs and we just let him cry but around 4AM I couldn't take it anymore so I took him out and we went outside and ran around the townhouses with him to tire him out. Once he got tired (on the couch) I put him in the crate and sat with him while I slowly closed he door. He eventually fell asleep for an hour and woke up crying.
When you have the puppy in your room what can you do to get him to not cry. I'd rather him in my room, but my neighbors are going to hate me ><;; This is the first puppy I've had in a LONG time and I actually feel clueless lol this is quite the experience. |
