A number of things here:

1. Dog Food - You do not want dog food that has corn or cornmeal in it as it can cause skin allergies. I believe Science Diet does but not 100% sure...read the label. Check out Natural Balance food. I use Innova Evo has it has no grains what so ever. There are a ton of threads on YT discussing foods.

2. Shampoo's can affect the dogs skin..what are you using? I use coathandlers shampoo and conditioner and I love it.

3. What are you cleaning your floors with? A couple of my dogs has serious problems with PineSol so I am only using Ivory Detergent on the tile floors. I am thinking this is your problem because you said it was her thighs as that is the same area it affected my little girl. Once I started using Ivory her problems disappeared.

4. You might want to add amino acids to her diet. I use Salmon Oil but you can find other products in a pet store.
