Are you able to bath her, blow dry her and brush her!? I would say if you are going to try to do it yourself start out slow.. if she let's you do all those things you will have a better chance. When I first started trimming Pnuts " area" I would have Dh hold him up, he is now use to it where I can do it myself... it is easier with help ( holding him up) his belly area is so small its kinda hard.
The bum area is easier to trim.. just take your time and watch some you tube videos.. doing it yourself is easier esp if you are bathing them yourself. Very handy.
