This is getting a bit complicated!!
I've emailed Waitrose - apparently a British company called Bendicks supply them. I've looked at that website - they don't ship outside the EU.
So I've had a look on US Amazon - and this is the closest thing I can find:-
Grocery + Gourmet - Chocolate Mint Creams - Page 1 - Item 16 - Fazer - Fazermint Chocolate Creams.
Apart from that, just eaten a hot maple pecan danish washed down with a cappucino which was very yummy too!!
