Default scooting-not anals

If you've been reading on here recently, you know my frustration with Latte's scooting. She had a full workup about three weeks ago and it came back all fine except for a "vaginal infection". (She was raw around her vaginal area from scooting on the concrete!) She did well on the antibiotics and a long-acting anti- inflammatory. A week later, she was scooting again. So we tried an anti-fungal for possible yeast infection. She was doing ok-just scooting randomly and still a bit itchy. Today she's back at at and she looks a bit raw on the skin around her vaginal area again. The vet said that it was not a problem with her anal sacs and I've changed her food to no grain. I had kept a log for weeks trying to figure it out and I could find no pattern at all! Does anyone have any ideas? I'll be back on the phone again tomorrow with the vet's office.
