Kiwi rarely ever barked, we always thought it was strange, the only time he would bark was when we were in bed/sleeping and he heard something strange/unfamiliar (and most of the time only if my husb wasn't home, I think he was protecting me, he was a total mommas boy
). He was like this the whole year we had him.
Now Lola on the other hand will be 16 weeks in two days and she is a complete barker! Has been barking since the day we got her(around 9 weeks old). We are working on calming/stopping the unwanted barking and she has been getting better! I guess every dog is different!
