I'll bet she will be okay. I've had 2 dogs spayed, neutered and dentals every year for quite some time now and have thankfully never had a problem with their procedures or anesthesia, so hopefully your baby will be fine as so very few of them ever have any problems. One of mine was only 3 lbs. and she did fine with surgery of all kinds. Will be praying for Nilla.
