Lola has a rain coat but wants nothing to do with the rain! When I try to bring her outside to potty (even with an umbrella) she doesn't move! She just runs to me, puts her front paws on my shoes and cries to be picked up. So when its raining she stays inside, but so far she doesn't mind the snow! Go figure
