I would go for it, if you can afford it and he wants to take care of the furbaby then I say go for it...
By the way the fur baby that you said was part sh**sue it is spelled Shih-Tzu pronounced Sheed Zoo and the only way I know this is because Nicky's big brother is a pure breed Shih-Tzu... Hope I didn't step on any toes here... I just wanted to help out a little!! Didn't mean to hurt feelings.
