Sorry about that! I meant to say to let the listerine sit for a few mins and rinse and pat dry. I have never had any problems with my Penny after doing this and at one time was the only thing that stopped the yeast in it's tracks, when even vet couldn't stop it. As I said, I'm not advising anyone to do this, but it has always worked for me. Next time I will double read my posts beforehand so I don't leave any important info out. If what your baby has is tiny little spots this sounds like something other than yeast though as yeast will cause the skin to get greasy, start flaking and staying moist and smell to high heaven! Talk with your vet about a little benadryl and proper dosage, if it's ok for this breed to take,etc. They are the ones that can help you the most.
