If you say a puppy cut they should keep her fluffy. We've had Geno get 2 puppy cuts so far and they always leave his body fluffy. I love it. All they really do is trim around his paws, face, and butt plus cut his nails. They recommend the puppy cut for the first 5-6 months to help him get used to the grooming experience. They also give us things we need to work on with him, like getting him comfortable with being touched in certain places. Don't be afraid to tell them what you want. I also mentioned to them I want the ears up so they cut them in a way that helps with that.
