 Pretty Darn Smart
I recently watched my 5 mo old Yorkie, Lilly, figure out a problem that kind of amazed me. I had placed a small Halloween little tykes flashlight on the floor for het to look at. Well, she was trying to drag it to her bed for play but another toy was blocking her way. She stopped and stared at the flashlight and toy for a moment then proceeded to pick up the toy, take it to the other side of the room and dropped it. Happily, she ran back to the flashlight and continued her quest. Me, I sat there with my mouth hanging open! I have to vote that Yorkies are pretty intelligent! |
