I am embarrassed for them as well....and for all rescuers because this is the kind of behavior that makes people speak poorly about rescue. They are winning money and still complaining. The other groups are fine....just plodding along and participating like everyone else...trying to drum up votes. The other thing is that they complain about national this and national that and they have groups from all over the country voting. Just mind boggling.
I will bet that Parks will not do anything like this again and that is so sad. All because people complained the entire time. Even telling Parks how to donate their money...just unbelievably ungrateful and unappreciative of a wonderful gesture. They are doing a wonderful thing and getting nothing but flack.
The only ones to suffer will be the animals.
