I'm sorry about that problem with your litter and your boy. I have not heard of this genetic defect. Would you share your male's pedigree with us. Is he registered with AKC...if so just his registered name and AKC # would help us check out his breeding line against our own dogs. Also you could help us by providing the mother info as well. Many times genetic disease may be in both pedigrees. That is why we see it in the puppies. Poor little puppies....
This problem is not something to be taken lightly.
