Brutus has never had an accident in bed. He is just a little over 5 months old. He is on a regular schedule. He gets up with me at 5:15 - goes potty, then goes back to sleep until about 7, which is when he eats breakfast. My husband has mixed feelings on it as he does get up at 5:30 to take him out on the weekends and isn't always to happy about it. He has even said "that's it, no more sleeping in bed on the weekends", then guess who brings him up to bed? - That's right, he does. I am sure as Brutus gets older he will be able to hold it longer. The time change may take some adjusting to......
I had potty pads down by the back door so if he had to go when we were not home he would use that versus the floor. I have since pulled them up and he goes outside. Even if he is upstairs with us, he will come and scratch my leg, and then outside we go. I am curious to see what happens when the snow comes, hopefully it will be a quick in and out.
