Hi all you yorkie lovers!!!

Please help me!!! I just moved to a 2 bed condo in Irvine, CA. My 1.5 year old male Yorkie who is used to living in a large single family home is now barking at every little sound, day and night!!! I am afraid neighbors will complain. What can I do?!?

Have you guys used shocker collars or citronella spray collar or battery operated "petsafe ultrasonic (makes ultrasonic noise) bark control pet training system"??? Which one is effective?? Which one is good?? Please help!!! So desperate. I want to keep my dog, you all know how that feels!!!
