Default I'm beginning to think someone dumped their junk bike at my shop

It's been here for over a month. He brought in two bikes, and the first one is already done and paid for and gone. He did not leave a phone number. He wanted a tune up and new tubes. I already did the tubes, but can't do the tune up bc the chain is all rusted up. We don't carry chains for road bikes (different size) so i told him to get a chain at another shop and I'll install it for cheaper than another place and I'll do the tune up.

He never came back!

What should I do? I want to just throw it away. It's not worth anything and needs work. If I fix it up, it won't really be worth it if I try to sell it afterwards.

In fact, I feel like if he comes back I should be charging him for storage! We have very limited space here and it's taking up much needed room. What should I do? I don't want to post it on our FB page in case it may embarrass them. I don't have any way to contact them, and I don't even remember the name. They were supposed to come back the next day.
