Maci has a cotton coat... there is a shampoo called Comfy Dog Oatmeal Shampoo that has had some good reviews for cotton coats. I haven't tried it yet though. I find that Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner work great for us.
But I want to try Comfy Dog next time I have access to a Petsmart/Petland.

I would recommend keeping her in a short coat unless your willing to brush her 2-3 times a day lol. Maci is 1/2 silky 1/2 cotton... makes for a very goofy looking dog on a bad hair day. I'm putting her in the Joey and Zhoie cut in the spring!
