I've been using VPI for Romeo (over 2 years now) and to-date I have no problems with coverage/reimbursement. My vet bills direct to VPI and the payment is usually within 2-3 weeks. The 24/7 Animal Specialty Center also bills direct to VPI and the one time I had to use them I received my reimbursement in less than 3 weeks.

You should also check with your vet on what he/she accepts and would recommend.
