I am not sure if the CCL is torn I'm not sure he said anything about that. I looked over the notes he sent to our regular vet and it doesn't say anything about the CCL. Callie is a jumper to an extent but her legs are to short and cant get enough power to jump over a playpen or even out of the bath tub when she tries.
