Just to play Devil's Advocate here:
Why keep it a secret? In the end, aren't we doing a disservice to the breed when we hide it or lie about the amount? How often do we see threads starting with "I want to buy a Yorkie, but I won't pay more than $500..." Are we pushing buyers into the arms of very willing greeders when we won't tell people what a well bred Yorkie really costs?
Just a thought.
