Crissy's ears were already standing at 10 weeks when I picked her up and have never gone down.

Cooper's ears at 9 weeks were not standing but it wasn't long before they were. Once up, they never went down.

Carter's ears were up at 6 months when we got him and have never gone down.

They say during teething that they may go up and down. If you really want them to stay upright, I wouldn't chance it and would tape the ears.

My granddog's , Sebastian, ears were up when we got him and not long after I had taken him to my daughter's home, they went down. She has never taped or anything. He is now about 8 months old and his ears have never gone back up.
