I also tried kale today. Raw. Wow. That is one tough lettuce. I think if it were cooked it would be really good. But raw? Like chewing on plastic. Thick plastic. LOL

no what's Persian cukes? i keep trying to expand my foodie horizons but i'm unfortunately way behind. i have too many years of traditional country cooking (think everything at a golden corral buffet)
