What??? This is terrible! I'm SO sorry this happened and my heart is breaking for you and your pup. I cannot imagine something like this happening to one of my babies. This definitely sounds like neglect or negligence on the groomer's part. It should never happen. I know accidents happen, but they are usually due to someone's carelessness. You are in my thoughts and prayers! RIP poor little baby!
