I think it's worth a treat if you dress up...no matter the age.
We sometimes get teens that try to trick or treat with their siblings and they have NO costume on. I give them the "junk" candy but if they are dressed up or have a mask then it's worth the good stuff to me.
I really don't mind older people trick or treating... it's all in good fun.
