As far as I know Petsmart does not sell puppies they have adoption days. A good breeder does not sell there puppies to pet stores to sell good breeders want to know who there puppies are going to and don't want them sitting in a cage all day not taken care of. All pet stores sell puppy mill puppies or backyard breeder puppies no matter what they say.
