Looks like he is about 7 months, so this is very normal. This happened to my sister-in-law with her first Yorkie. She dropped him off for his first grooming appointment and when she picked him up, he looked so different she didn't think he was her dog! All Yorkie puppies are born black and tan, but as they mature, the black is supposed to turn to blue and the tan generally lightens to hopefully a rich golden tan. If you search colors on here, you'll find lots of threads about this and I'm positive there's a post about coloring in the library section. I see from your profile that you have two Yorkie pups- we would love to see pictures!
