I guess these things depend on your dogs coat and it's tolerance for cold.
My little girl has no under coat and gets cold very easily. Our floors get cold very easily and of course she is very close to the floor. I don't feel comfortable leaving leaving clothing on her when I am not home. I'm afraid she will try to take off her clothing and get caught in it. I have pet steps and she sleeps on the bed. She always wants to sit on my lap to warm up. Keeping her off the cold floor is important to me. She likes to climb under her blanket, too. |
